Most shoppers assume novelty stationery writes like a luxury fountain pen, which causes endless disappointment. I have compared the options and sorted through the buyer feedback so you can skip the guesswork. I'd rank this distinct writing tool based purely on its nostalgic charm. Let us see if this quirky picker deserves a permanent spot on your desk.

1. Greeting Pen Friend Pen-Smiley Face Gift/Party Favor Rotating Message 6 Pen Set 36573 Fun and Unique Giveaways for Parties, Co-Workers, Family and Friends
This set earned its top ranking through sheer retro charm. The clever rotating message mechanism gives it an interactive edge that standard ballpoints simply lack.
I consider this the ultimate novelty gift for anyone who appreciates mid-century pop culture nods. You get a 6-pen set that instantly transports you back to childhood school days.
The build quality leans plastic, so do not expect heavy-duty daily performance. In my view, the lack of official ratings means you are buying this for pure conversational value rather than marathon journaling sessions.
Buyers purchase this set primarily for its nostalgic novelty appeal.
Users enjoy handing these out as quirky party favors for coworkers and friends.
The rotating message feature is the main driver of customer interest.

Choosing Between Them
My top recommendation goes to the Greeting Pen Friend Pen Set as the definitive winner for novelty gifts. If you want a playful desk accessory or a fun party favor, this 6-pen set delivers instant smiles.
You should approach this purchase with realistic expectations about its utilitarian writing limits. Treat it as a fun conversation starter rather than a primary office tool, and you will thoroughly enjoy the retro aesthetic.
